Editing footage from 2/2/14

Ive been spending my time editing the footage we collected on the 2/2/14 so that we can see what scenes we need to redo or improve so that we can hit our below or on our time limit.

The fades represented by the blue lines is going to create a little suspense with the fading to different shots outside and also inside the house for this scene.

Editing

I have spent my time editing our first try on the last scene, its not fully completed yet but it's coming along nicely. I am using Sony Vegas pro 11 to edit it and is the best editing software I have.

25/1/14 called off

The shoot for the final scene was called off because of weather and lack of equipment. The new date for this shoot is going to be either the 1st or 2nd of February.

Gun shot sound effects

Me and tom wanted the detective to fire 2 gun shots before getting attacked and i found a gun sound effect and edited it together so that it was exactly what we wanted.

Practice for a flashback scene for our main task

Past Examples

We have just looked at a few past examples of films that other students in my situation have produced. This has helped see what the examiners are looking for and what to include in the task to get as higher a mark as my group can.
